I have to makes a 10 page picture book and i need help. Tell me a story thats suitable for 5-10year olds because im out of ideas

Just make it really simple, like my neighbor is an alien, my teacher is an esper, and my best friend is a time traveler.

It was Saturday, I woke up and it was really shiny outside, so I looked at the clock and it was the middle of night, so I went to my window and saw a flying saucer on top of my neighbor's chimney. I went to my parents, and tried to wake them up, but hey wouldn't believe me. 'Honey, get back to bed, there are no such thing as aliens'
So, I decided to call the police. But, before I could pick up the phone, the phone rang.
'No, Jon, don't call the police yet, they won't believe you, I know what you are going to say'
I couldn't believe it, it was my teacher and she knew exactly whom I was going to call.
'Wait, what?'
'Jon, I will send Mike over soon, you will say 'wait what' 3 times before the weekend ends'
'Mike?' my best friend?
Then I received a tap on my shoulder. I was so surprised because there was no-one there before. I must have nearly jumped up and hit my head on the ceiling.
Mike was standing there, waving hi.
I dropped my phone, 'how did you get in here'
'I am from the future, no time to explain, let's go'
'wait what' I said this line twice, now I am going crazy.
Then, me and my best friend got outside of our house and went to our tree house, we couldn't call anyone because no-one would believe us.
I had so many questions to ask, but so little time. The neighbor's house suddenly got sucked up to the Flying saucer, and the flying saucer got bigger, then crashed on to their lot, after becoming too heavy making a big noise.
The town suddenly went up, people got up to see what the commotion is all about.
People are gonna question me why I was spying on the neighbor.
Just then, my teacher came, flying through the night sky. and went on top of the flying saucer, and tried to squash the UFO flat again, so it could fly again. But, it wouldn't work.
'Oh, no it is not working!~' She said.
me and Mike helped, but it wasn't enough people. Mike then called on his cellphone (or mobile phone, depending on what country), Then more of Mike popped up, Old and young and we all jumped on the UFO.
It was like a trampoline, except much more fun.
Then, the UFO suddenly popped in to shape and started hovering, so everyone got off, and it left.
One by one, Mike disappeared, all but the original Mike, and Teacher once off flew again, after a quick goodbye.

No-one talked about it the next morning, or the afternoon, but night before Monday came, empty lot next door was hit by a golden meteor. and it said 'For Jon, thanks for the help yesterday, from your friendly ex-neighbor. PS sorry we left without a good bye'
So, my teacher is an esper, my neighbor is an alien and my best friend is a Time Traveler?
'Wait, what?'
